Virtual At-Home Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Sessions
(5 hours total per round of medicine sessions) — $1000*
*Medicine sessions are pro-rated, payment plans are available, above fee does not include prescriber assessment fees (typically ~$300) and medication (~$60)
Ketamine Assisted Therapy is a powerful psychedelic enhancement to therapy. Whether you are an active client in my practice or a client receiving therapy from another practice, I offer KAP to help clients past “stuck points” through the psychedelic journey and to aid neuroplasticity for nervous system change. The KAP is not where “the work” or “the change” happens but can help the nervous system be more open to possible changes.
I work with Journey Clinical to connect clients to a prescriber who will provide the psychiatric and medical clearance needed for the oral medicine session(s) at an additional and separate cost paid to Journey Clinical.
A round of KAP includes 5 hours of sessions spread out over a week:
(for new clients, I require 3 - 50 minute sessions of intake before starting KAP at $200/50 minute session)
50 minutes of Preparation (Day 1)
3 hours of Medicine or Dosing Session (Typically on a Friday afternoon or Saturday morning)
50 minutes of IFS Integration (within 2-7 days of the medicine session)
IFS Intensives — Pricing varies
3-4 hour sessions for 1-2 days
This is helpful for a specific or complex area to focus on that can be a gentle and deepened experience in to past or recent trauma and nervous system recovery. This can be a stand alone offering for new and active clients in my practice or a supplement to your already existing therapy practice with another therapist.
We’ll decide together what best fits your needs during our consultation.
Session length and frequency can change anytime with our collaboration as your needs/goals change.
Fees are due at time of session; cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session time
will be charged the full session rate unless there are extenuating circumstances
or opportunities to reschedule within the same week.
Reduced fee sessions are sometimes available, you’re welcome to inquire anytime.
My commitment to you
In our sessions, I create space to attune to you, be present, and guide you through a somatic process that aids in accessing your own abilities for clarity and growth.
I work collaboratively so you can get the most benefit from your therapy.
When you invest in therapy with me, you’re choosing a therapist deeply invested in your care; both in and out of session.
My sessions are priced to make sure I’m meeting the needs of a small set of clients to reduce clinician burnout and increase longevity for the clients I support.
Outside of sessions, I invest in training, preparation, reflection, and self-care so I can show up fully for you. I also take up to six weeks off per year - typically 2 to 3 weeks in the summer and during major holidays—to support sustainability and return with fresh perspective.
Payment Options
ACH Transactions including but not limited to sites such as Venmo or Zelle
All credit/debit card types are accepted and will be on file and charged after each session via my private and secure telehealth platform, Simple Practice
Many clients use FSA/HSA accounts to cover the cost of therapy
I am not a provider for California based medical insurance providers but I do provide superbills for those that have Out of Network benefits (diagnosis required for reimbursement)
*Some health insurance plans (typically PPOs) will help cover the session costs of an Out-Of-Network (OON) provider (typically only up to 50 minutes a week). I can provide you a Superbill that you can use to make an OON claim for reimbursement.
Reimbursify is a platform that makes submitting OON claims easy and will work with your insurance company if there is a denial.
