Feel more present and fulfilled in your relationships
Online Individual Therapy in the San Francisco Bay Area and Across California
for Adult Women and Mothers
Maybe you were searching for anxiety therapy. Or maybe, late at night, you found yourself Googling:
"Am I a bad mom for yelling at my kids?"
"Why don't I want to have sex anymore?"
"Why do I feel so worried all the time?"
If that sounds familiar, you are not alone.
Millions of women and moms reach a point where the things they once loved stop feeling fulfilling, worn down by the weight of daily worry and stress.
Intrusive thoughts. Loss of desire. Loss of joy in motherhood. These are things we're conditioned to hide - for fear of judgment, criticism, unwanted advice. So we push them down.
But we still feel them.
You don’t need to hide anymore and you’re in the right place.
You may be “functioning well” on the outside and checking all the boxes:
Have a strong income that provides for your family
taking care of the house, the cars, the calendar
paying the bills, planning the playdates, making sure everyone is taken care of
Doing what needs to get done even when you’re exhausted
But inside, you feel chaos and disconnection
→ Your brain won't turn off - you're replaying today's conversations and rehearsing tomorrow's at 1am instead of sleeping.
→ You raged at your kid over something small, and the voice that came out wasn't the one you meant to use.
→ You can't remember the last time you wanted sex; not "too tired," but genuinely disconnected from wanting it at all - and you're scared of what that means for your marriage.
→ You look at your kids and feel dread, worry, or the constant buzz of failure (Thoughts like “I’m not doing enough”, “I’m not good enough”, and “I’m messing up my kids” are always in the background)
→ You're the one everyone calls when they need something yet no one's asked lately how you're actually doing.
→ From the outside, it looks like you have it together. Inside, you're running on fumes and pretending you're not because if you share the chaos inside, people would judge, criticize, or not understand you.
I provide therapy for high-achieving women and mothers navigating anxiety, overwhelm, relationship stress, motherhood, and identity shifts using Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and deeper trauma-informed work that helps you understand what’s happening beneath the surface—not just manage symptoms.
Working with me and using IFS therapy, clients feel more grounded, more connected to themselves, and more equipped to navigate life’s stress and heal past traumas with clarity and self-compassion.
My name is Kristina
Whether it’s a need for self-care or a turning point in life, I can help
What I hear from clients:
"I finally feel like I understand why I keep doing this and for the first time, I actually have compassion for myself."
“I came in thinking I needed to fix my anxiety. I left understanding why it was there in the first place."
"The rage is more settled and I’m not as reactive as I used to be. Not because I'm suppressing it but because the part of me that was raging finally got to be heard."

Emotions are your body’s way of trying to protect you - signaling when something feels unsafe or unresolved. And sadly women have been trained to disconnect from their bodies and needs.
In IFS therapy, we don’t try to get rid of your emotions—we listen to it.
You feelings are not the problem; they are signals from a part of you that still carries so much.
Together, we help that part heal, so your stress, anxiety, anger, and overwhelm can soften, step back, and trust you to lead - calm, steady, and clear. -
Parenting is one of the hardest things we do - at any stage.
Parenting may also be challenging for women who have had to be hyper-independent, high achieving, or maybe didn’t have the best experience with their parents.
Whether you’re becoming a parent, raising little ones, navigating the teen years, or supporting adult children, it brings up everything: love, fear, exhaustion, and often, the times of how we were parented ourselves.IFS therapy supports you as you parent your children while gently reparenting the parts of you that didn’t get what they needed.
With this work, you can bring more grace, compassion, and joy into your parenting and be more present for the moments that matter most. -
Therapy is a healing process—but true healing goes beyond the mind.
It includes the body, the nervous system, and the energy we carry through life and work.
Whether you're a psychotherapist, physical or occupational therapist, doctor, or nurse—you hold space for others. And that takes a toll.
IFS therapy offers a place for healers to rest, release, and reconnect with themselves. So you can return to your work with more clarity, presence, and vitality.
