Online IFS Therapy for
Women, Mothers, and Therapists in the San Francisco Bay Area
and Across California
Who look like they have it all together but feel so overwhelmed inside
Life these days looks like:
Anxiety that won't turn off — the racing thoughts, the 3am spirals, the constant low-grade dread even when nothing is "wrong"
Postpartum anxiety or postpartum rage that nobody warned you about
People-pleasing that has gone on so long you don't know what you actually want anymore
Panic attacks — at work, in the car, out of nowhere
Feeling like a fraud despite all your accomplishments
Emotional numbness — going through the motions but not really feeling anything
Chronic stress that lives in your body — tight chest, shallow breathing, never fully relaxing
Burnout that rest doesn't fix
Marriage or partnership that has felt less fulfilling and challenging recently
Childhood trauma or emotional neglect that you minimized for years ("it wasn't that bad")
A critical inner voice that narrates everything you do wrong
Fear of abandonment or rejection that drives your decisions without you realizing it
You might be looking for
stress and anxiety therapy or maybe you just Googled
"why do I yell at my kids"
“why am I panicking at work”
or “how to improve my marriage”
late at night and ended up here.
Either way, you're in the right place.
Moments of anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
are not who you are.
It's what happens when
a nervous system
that was never allowed to rest finally gives out.
IFS Therapy goes beneath the surface.
Not just coping or managing but
healing and changing
at the level where the pattern actually lives.
This work is for women who are ready to go beyond coping to finally understand and shift the patterns that haven’t changed.
My name is Kristina
Whether it’s a deep need for self-care or a turning point in life, something in you needs change. And I’m so glad you’ve arrived here.
I work with high achieving women and mothers in helping professions and roles - the ones everyone counts on at work and at home - who have finally hit a wall. They arrive after a rage episode with their kids, a panic attack they couldn't hide, or a moment of seeing their own parents’ patterns reflected back at them.
This isn’t about managing symptoms or pushing through.
We work directly with the parts of you carrying anxiety, pressure, and emotional overwhelm so change happens at the root; not just in your thoughts.
I provide stress and anxiety therapy that offers lasting change and deep healing experiences for individuals in the San Francisco Bay area and across California, helping you regulate emotions, heal old wounds, and shift your patterns.
I'm here to meet you where you are.
Here we slow down, listen in, and create space for deeper, lasting changes.
With total openness, deep empathy, and a decade of experience watching people transform patterns they thought were permanent. Not by fixing them. By finally helping the parts of them that were exhausted and unseen feel genuinely safe.
You might be a good fit for this work if:
You’re functioning at your highest capacity on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside
You’re self-aware and can name your patterns but they still keep repeating
You’ve tried therapy before, but it hasn’t gone a deeply as you need
You feel responsible for holding everything and everyone together but don’t feel cared for
You want more than coping; you want real lasting change
What I hear from clients:
"I finally feel like I understand why I keep doing this and for the first time, I actually have compassion for myself."
“I came in thinking I needed to fix my anxiety. I left understanding why it was there in the first place."
"The rage is more settled and I’m not as reactive as I used to be. Not because I'm suppressing it but because the part of me that was raging finally got to be heard."

Anxiety is your body’s way of trying to protect you - signaling when something feels unsafe or unresolved.
While anxiety is a necessary part of being human, it can become overwhelming when it tries to protect you all the time.In IFS therapy, we don’t try to get rid of your anxiety—we listen to it.
It’s not the problem; it’s a signal from a part of you that still carries hurt.
Together, we help that part heal, so your anxiety can soften, step back, and trust you to lead—calm, steady, and clear. -
Parenting is one of the hardest things we do—at any stage.
Whether you’re becoming a parent, raising little ones, navigating the teen years, or supporting adult children, it brings up everything: love, fear, exhaustion, and often, the times of how we were parented ourselves.IFS therapy supports you as you parent your children while gently reparenting the parts of you that didn’t get what they needed.
With this work, you can bring more grace, compassion, and joy into your parenting—and be more present for the moments that matter most. -
Therapy is a healing process—but true healing goes beyond the mind.
It includes the body, the nervous system, and the energy we carry through life and work.
Whether you're a psychotherapist, physical or occupational therapist, doctor, or nurse—you hold space for others. And that takes a toll.
IFS therapy offers a place for healers to rest, release, and reconnect with themselves. So you can return to your work with more clarity, presence, and vitality.
