You’re holding it all together, but on the inside it’s too much.

On the outside, you’re the reliable one.
The caregiver. The strong one.

But inside?
You’re tired. Anxious. Overwhelmed. Triggered.
Trying to meet everyone’s expectations at work, at home, and in your relationships…

and losing yourself in the process.

You feel like you are…

  • Constantly stressed and overwhelmed - feeling on edge, worried about most things and people, feeling shut down and withdrawn

  • Experiencing burnout - all the responsibility and tension leaves you exhausted. Your needs come after everyone else’s and it’s hard to set boundaries for yourself without guilt or fear of something going wrong without your involvement

  • Breaking generational cycles - trying your best not to repeat harmful patterns from your childhood and upbringing but not sure how; especially in relationships and/or parenting

  • In need of healing, not just coping - you’re feeling curious about how to heal the past emotional trauma and learn about regulating the nervous system for lasting change, not just for survival

We can heal the past, help your anxiety settle, and change patterns in your life so you can feel more
balanced and present.

My name is Kristina

Whether it’s a need for self-care or a turning point in life, something in you needs change. And I’m so glad you’ve arrived here.

Therapy is a gentle process of slowing down to notice patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and body. It offers a safe, supportive space for healing and growth in a world where stress is high and life moves fast.

I provide anxiety therapy and mindfulness-based counseling for individuals in California, helping you regulate emotions, heal old wounds, and create space for clarity, calm, and balance.

Through this work, we shift from reactivity to intentional response, building confidence, resilience, and deeper connection with yourself and others.

I’m here to meet you where you are with warmth, empathy, and kind curiosity. Together, we move through healing and transformation at a pace that feels safe and aligned for you.

Specializing in working with

  • Anxiety is your body’s way of trying to protect you - signaling when something feels unsafe or unresolved.

While anxiety is a necessary part of being human, it can become overwhelming when it tries to protect you all the time.

In IFS therapy, we don’t try to get rid of your anxiety—we listen to it.
It’s not the problem; it’s a signal from a part of you that still carries hurt.
Together, we help that part heal, so your anxiety can soften, step back, and trust you to lead—calm, steady, and clear.

  • Parenting is one of the hardest things we do—at any stage.

Whether you’re becoming a parent, raising little ones, navigating the teen years, or supporting adult children, it brings up everything: love, fear, exhaustion, and often, the times of how we were parented ourselves.

IFS therapy supports you as you parent your children while gently reparenting the parts of you that didn’t get what they needed.

With this work, you can bring more grace, compassion, and joy into your parenting—and be more present for the moments that matter most.

  • Therapy is a healing process—but true healing goes beyond the mind.

It includes the body, the nervous system, and the energy we carry through life and work.

Whether you're a psychotherapist, physical or occupational therapist, doctor, or nurse—you hold space for others. And that takes a toll.

IFS therapy offers a place for healers to rest, release, and reconnect with themselves. So you can return to your work with more clarity, presence, and vitality.

Begin our work together

We’ll meet online weekly or bi-weekly for either 50 or 80 minute sessions to explore what’s impacting you most. We’ll gently uncover old survival patterns and build new, regulated ways of being.

Feel and Maintain Changes

Heal the past, form new ways of dealing with stress and worry, and build an inner sense of calm and clarity.

Life will have it’s easeful and stressful moments but through it all you’ll feel more present, confident, and balanced. Many clients continue therapy weekly or bi-weekly for their long term practice and support, but your path is always your own—flexible, ongoing, or complete when you're ready.
