A woman smiling outdoors, wearing a light gray cardigan over a striped shirt, with a blurred green and hilly landscape in the background.

Something hard just happened.

Maybe you snapped at your kid in a way that scared you. Maybe you realized you can't remember the last time you wanted to be touched. Maybe it wasn't one moment at all, just the sudden realization that you're exhausted and spa days and sleeping in still don’t help. And now you're here, searching for something that actually helps, because Googling it at midnight hasn't given you a real answer.

Hi, I'm Kristina.

I'm recovering from overactive anxiety, constant worrying thoughts, and people pleasing. I spent most of my life worrying about the people I love, feeling overly responsible for others’ feelings, and afraid of anger and the unknown. IFS therapy and just a few psychedelic medicine sessions were game changers for me and I’m so grateful I can offer this support to others.

I also have a marriage with children, days where I'm touched-out by breakfast, and a brain that used to spiral at 1am about whether I was doing motherhood right. I’m a therapist that is in touch with her emotions and does all the regulation strategies and still deal with the stresses of life that is overwhelming for anyone. I truly get it.

I work with high achieving, professional women and mothers who have all the boxes checked on the outside but are mentally spinning in ways they can’t really explain to the people closest to them. The overthinking. The worrying and fearful thoughts that run in the background of everything. The desire that's gone missing and you don't know why or when it left.

Overactive anxiety isn't just worry; it's your brain stuck on overdrive. Scanning for what could go wrong before you've even had a chance to enjoy what's going right. And it doesn't stay contained. It shows up in your marriage, in how present you are with your kids, in your friendships, in how much of yourself you have left at the end of the day. It’s taking a toll and something needs to be different.

I came to this work partly through my own experience of performing "fine" long after I stopped feeling it. Therapy wasn't my first instinct either. I won't tell you it fixes everything in six sessions — but I will tell you it's worth it, and that I work differently than the therapist you're picturing right now.

No topics are taboo or off limits with me. I am hear to listen compassionately and help you connect to your calm, joy, and desire.

It’s time to talk about the things that are unsaid and unnoticed and change them.
