Hi, I’m Kristina.

If you’re here, chances are something feels hard right now.

Maybe your mind feels constantly “on.” You overthink conversations, lie awake replaying the day, or feel anxious in ways that are hard to explain.

Maybe you’re snapping at the people you love more than you’d like. Silently overwhelmed. Emotionally stretched thin. Maybe resentment is building in your relationship, motherhood has left you feeling unlike yourself, or you’re simply exhausted from being the one who holds so much together.

You may remember a time when this wasn’t your normal.

And maybe part of you wonders, How did I get here?

You’ve come to the right place.

I help thoughtful, high-functioning women across California—many of them mothers, caregivers, helping professionals, people-pleasers, and deeply feeling humans—find their way back to themselves.

My clients are often insightful, capable, and used to being the ones others rely on. Some have done therapy before. Some know exactly why they feel the way they do and are still stuck in the same painful patterns.

That’s because awareness alone doesn’t always create change.

My work blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface—not because you need to be fixed, but because your nervous system and protective patterns make sense.

I believe symptoms like anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, shutdown, reactivity, burnout, or people-pleasing are not character flaws. They’re intelligent adaptations that deserve compassion and attention.

Working with me feels steady, respectful, collaborative, and deeply attuned.

You won’t be rushed.
You won’t be judged.
And I’m not interested in forcing change faster than your system is ready for.

I am interested in helping you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more free.

Why this work matters so much to me

It is the honor of my life to sit with women in moments of darkness, pain, uncertainty, and vulnerability.

Sometimes I may be the only person they have ever shared certain parts of themselves with. That is a privilege I do not take lightly and also so vital that we all have a safe and trusting space with a caring and attuned person.

And it is equally sacred to witness what happens when women reconnect with themselves after years of anxiety, disconnection, self-abandonment, trauma, or being told—directly or indirectly—that they are somehow not enough.

After doing my own healing work and sitting with hundreds of clients over the years, I know this is part of my purpose:

Helping women and mothers come back into their bodies, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and experience more freedom, fulfillment, and self-trust.

so that you may heal yourself.”
