  • Your first appointment will be considered an initial session that is a little different from the following weekly/bi-weekly sessions. I will ask a bit about your history (informed by an online intake form you will complete prior to the session), we will establish your therapy goals, and get to know each other to establish trust, safety, and boundaries.

  • Yes, I welcome and affirm clients of all gender identities and expressions, including women, men, and those across the gender spectrum. Most clients continue in long term therapy to have a regular self-care practice and for those that don’t, they know they can return at anytime if it feels appropriate.

I’m happy to work with clients who have multiple sources of therapy at once.
