At this time, I’m not able to provide in person sessions.

Your first appointment will be considered an initial session that is a little different from the following weekly sessions. I will ask a bit about your history (informed by an online intake form you will complete prior to the session), we will establish your therapy goals, and get to know each other to establish trust, safety, and boundaries.

$300 for 60 minute sessions. I also have 3-4 hour Intensive Sessions available for $1000. KAP sessions (1 hour of prep, 3 hours of medicine, and 1 hour of integration) are $1500.
I accept all major credit cards, including Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. I also provide superbills to those who would like to submit Out of Network claims to their insurance. -
At this time, I am not contracted to work with medical insurance companies and I’m considered an Out of Network provider.
I operate on the “wellness model” rather than the “medical model” as I don’t believe that people’s mental health are “problems”.
Insurance often has too much intrusion in people’s lives and can also be a barrier to treatment if they believe your sessions aren’t “medically necessary”.
I can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for all or partial reimbursement depending on your Out Of Network coverage.
Providing a superbill requires me to provide you with a mental health diagnosis which will be added to your medical record. Many people prefer privacy and confidentiality afforded with private-pay therapy. -
Yes, I welcome and affirm clients of all gender identities and expressions, including women, men, and those across the gender spectrum. As a cisgender woman, I recognize the importance of finding a therapist who feels like the right fit, especially for clients who identify differently than myself or anywhere on the gender/nonbinary spectrum. I have experience working with diverse clients, though I don’t position myself as an expert. My commitment is to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive space for anyone who feels safe to work with me.

I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), a gentle, evidence-informed therapy that blends parts work, nervous system healing, and mindfulness. IFS helps you understand and heal the different parts of yourself so you can experience more calm, connection, and confidence.
When appropriate, I also incorporate Brainspotting, a somatic therapy that uses eye position to help process unresolved experiences stored in the body.
For clients who haven't experienced lasting change with traditional therapy, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). We can discuss whether it's a good fit during your consultation.
