I offer virtual sessions for clients in Hawaii and California.
I call both states my home, having grown up in San Francisco and living on Maui since 2013.

Hi, I’m Kristina

I’m so honored you’ve found your way here.
Here to this space and here to start your journey.

Over years of living as an empath and a listener, I’ve learned that my purpose here is to bear witness, hold energetic space, and stand alongside others in full support of them with compassion and care. And when I became a mother I learned that if women/mothers/those caring for others could get the support they truly need, so much of our societal wounds could be healed. That’s why I’m here.

I work with adults of all ages, women, mothers, therapists, and clinicians navigating anxiety, past trauma, overwhelm, and the quiet and invisible weight of always holding it together. I offer Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to clients across California and Hawaii, blending deep attunement with a somatic and compassionate approach for healing and growth.

As a bi-racial Filipina/Caucasian, cisgender, sort of hetero-woman with a background in community mental health and private practice in both urban and rural settings, I have had the privilege to live my life on a cultural bridge and sit in many spaces to understand the common thread that lives within us all; we long and deserve to be loved, seen, heard, and understood safely.

And for the times in life when that did not happen — as it does at some point for so many of us — I believe IFS therapy is a powerful way to get those unmet needs tended to.

Working with me feels steady, open, and deeply respectful. You won’t be rushed or judged—just supported, listened to, and gently guided back to your Self to develop the patterns and tools you need to live consciously and feel grounded amidst the chaos life brings.

“A healer does not heal you. A healer is someone who holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer,
so that you may heal yourself.”

— Maryam Hasnaa, Energy Healer

I’ve been where you are
and can help you get where you want to be

Anxiety can leave you overwhelmed, reactive, and unsure why you can’t relax. I know this personally. After becoming a mother in 2017, I experienced postpartum anxiety that left me panicked about every aspect of life and constantly on edge with myself and in my relationships.

IFS gave me a way to understand what was happening inside, even since childhood—and helped me reconnect with myself. It changed my life, and since beginning formal training in 2020, I’ve helped others find that same sense of clarity, healing, and self-trust.

Clients come to me with a need to address their anxiety so they can be more present and fulfilled. And I’m honored that I’ve been a part of the journey to provide IFS therapy to those finding calm and confidence in their lives again. Together, we learn to listen to anxiety without letting it take over so we can meet our own needs while meeting the needs of others.

How I work:

I believe that every part of you is trying to help—
and change begins when we listen to our thoughts and feelings with
compassion and curiosity

Therapy with me offers a warm, grounded space where you don’t have to hold it all together.

I support women, mothers, and therapists/clinicians navigating anxiety, over-responsibility, and the quiet exhaustion of holding it all together for yourself and everyone else.

My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) with somatic awareness, moving at a pace that honors your nervous system and what feels safe.

IFS is different from “regular talk therapy”; instead of talking about your past, your feelings, and your thoughts, IFS helps you hear from and be with them. When we listen to our “parts” with compassion, that’s when the healing can begin.

Therapy with me is…

  • Many say they’re nonjudgmental; I make every attempt to live it. I meet you with consistent presence, deep respect, and so much openness toward you. This is a space where nothing about you is too much, and every part of you is welcome. We move at your own pace, honoring what’s ready and what still needs time. Healing can happen in a safe place with a safe person.

  • That means you’ll be met with professionalism, presence, and respect—no matter what you’re carrying. As a licensed therapist trained in Internal Family Systems and somatic approaches, I hold a confidential space where you can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and clinical skill, helping you feel supported, grounded, and more connected to yourself with each step of the IFS model.

  • It’s an open space where your nervous system can calm and your internal experience begins to realign. This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about the kind of change that unfolds gently but meaningfully. Less tension in your body, more space to breathe, clearer boundaries, and a growing sense of trust in yourself. Together, we create room for rest, for insight, and for the changes that make life feel more manageable, more connected, and more like you.

How I DON’T work:

I don’t pathologize or judge your pain or experience, rush your process, or treat you like a diagnosis.

I won’t push you to “get over it” or offer surface-level strategies that ignore your deeper experience. “Homework” or ways to practice your new patterns and tools are things that we collaborate together.

I don’t offer advice immediately, but do offer space and insight to evaluate options for developing problem-solving tools and practices.

I don’t believe in fixing you or making you change—because I believe you were never broken to begin with and you are exactly who you need to be.
