Hi, I’m Kristina.

I’m a trauma-informed therapist providing Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for adults in the San Francisco Bay Area and across California.

Many of my clients are women, mothers, therapists, clinicians, and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and the weight and pressure of always holding it together.

I’m here for the “people-pleasers”, the empaths, the caregivers, and the highly sensing/sentient population (I am not a fan of using the term “Highly Sensitive People” due to negative messaging with the word “sensitive”).

I understand these pressures personally - growing up in systems that overvalued achievement, self-sacrifice, and staying small - and I’ve done the deep healing work to unburden those patterns.

Today, my work is about helping you do the same.

As a bi-racial Filipina/Caucasian, cisgender, sort of hetero woman with experience in community mental health and private practice in both urban and rural settings, I bring cultural awareness, clinical insight, and grounded compassion to our work together.

IFS therapy offers a powerful, evidence-based way to heal anxiety, attachment wounds, and past trauma - not by fixing you, but by helping you reconnect with your core Self and the precious being you are.

You and your beautiful nervous system are not failing or broken; you’re overloaded and need updated options, support, and a reminder of who you truly are.

Working with me feels steady, respectful, and deeply attuned. You won’t be rushed or judged - just supported as you expand capacity, clarity, and lasting emotional freedom.

Off the therapy screen, I spend my time with loved ones and being outside. I love a good boujie spa day and karaoke at night. I am a little woo woo (maybe more than a little) and I find playfulness in life when it appears. I am a shameless Millenial with some Boomer tendencies and I have accepted those parts of me <3

I offer virtual sessions for clients in California.

Although I’m based out of state, I work virtually with clients throughout California, my home state, and the SF Bay Area my hometown.

I grew up in the Sunset District of San Francisco and was educated by SFUSD, SF State University system, and the University of San Francisco.

I love staying connected to the communities that shaped me, and teletherapy allows us to do meaningful, consistent work in a way that fits real life.

Trauma-Informed Therapy for Anxiety and Nervous System Renewal

Our nervous systems are designed to protect us from physical and relational threat.
Sometimes they become over-responsive to overwhelm;
not as a failure, but as important information we can work with in therapy.

Many clients across the San Francisco Bay Area and California reach out to me because they’re ready for more than coping.

They want to understand their nervous system, heal long-held patterns, and create lasting, grounded change.

I specialize in working with adults navigating high expectations, perfectionism, relationship stress, burnout, and unresolved trauma that have activated their anxiety repsonse. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and Family of Origin, relationship, or attachment-focused work to support meaningful nervous system healing.

Serving San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, and clients throughout California via online therapy.

“A healer does not heal you. A healer is someone who holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer,
so that you may heal yourself.”
