Therapy is an investment and a commitment to yourself
Invest in yourself, your relationships, and the changes ahead
60-Minute Weekly IFS Sessions
Weekly sessions create a steady mental health practice - not a one-time fix. Short term: more calm, more clarity, less reactivity. Long term: real, lasting change in your overactive anxiety, joy and presence in your relationships, and fulfillment within yourself.
IFS Intensives
Don't have time to wait — and want to accelerate change? 3–4 hour IFS intensives can feel like weeks, even months, of weekly therapy in a single session. We go straight to the root of the anxiety, using somatic IFS therapy to shift the pattern.
KAP
Tried therapy and still feel stuck? KAP works on a neurological and physiological level to support the emotional shifts needed to feel free of overactive anxiety.
- 1 × 60-minute preparation session
- 1 × 3-hour medicine session
- 1 × 60-minute integration session
4–6 rounds typically recommended. Fees do not include medical/psychological assessment with prescriber or medication cost.

My Commitment to You
• A therapist who is fully present and totally focused on you. I intentionally keep a balanced caseload so you’re getting my thoughtful, grounded attention; not a depleted version of me rushing between too many clients.
•Change, not just surface-level coping.
I continually invest in advanced training, especially in Internal Family Systems (IFS), while also doing my own therapy. I believe meaningful healing happens when your therapist has depth, not just credentials.
• Care that honors your nervous system.
My approach is warm, attuned, and never judgmental. No matter what you think, feel, or do I have no right to judge or advise you in ways that don’t feel helpful.
• A therapist who practices what she teaches.
I value rest, boundaries, and nervous system health in my own life, because I believe grounded therapists offer better care.
• A real human relationship.
Therapy with me is thoughtful, collaborative, compassionate, and gently honest. You don’t need to perform or have it all figured out.

I am not a provider for California based medical insurance providers but I do provide superbills for those that have Out of Network benefits (diagnosis required for reimbursement)
*Some health insurance plans (typically PPOs) will help cover the session costs of an Out-Of-Network (OON) provider (typically only up to 50 minutes a week). I can provide you a Superbill that you can use to make an OON claim for reimbursement.
Reimbursify is a platform that makes submitting OON claims easy and will work with your insurance company if there is a denial.
